Viewing trips
There is no better way to get familiar with the properties of your choice and their environment than using our inspection trip arrangements. At the end of your stay you will be able to judge and choose with the necessary knowledge about the region and its possibilities.
Although we try to be as complete as possible on our website in terms of information, it is essential that you make sure that you are aware of the location and the environment. After all, our offer includes homes that are located in different environments, and although you may like a home on our website, the region where this home is located may be less attractive to you. That is why we organize our orientation trips to the locations you have chosen.
In advance, we will discuss with you which homes or projects you prefer, and provide you with a complete and clear information package.
The viewing trip is personal and only houses and projects of your choice are visited. At your request we can also show you alternatives for the chosen locations. You will also receive all required information about the region.
The viewing trips can be organized both during the week and during the weekend.
During your viewing trip you will stay in a luxury hotel and all hotel transfers and meals are included in the price. You only must book your flight
The viewing tours last 4 days – 3 nights but can be extended at your request.
Schedule
DAY 1: Departure to Spain. We will pick you up at the airport and depending on your time of arrival, take you for a first visit to the area and the chosen locations, or we have dinner and accompany you to the hotel.
DAY 2 AND FURTHER: Visit to your chosen projects, followed by an information session where we will answer all your questions, if desired in the presence of a lawyer.
LAST DAY: We will pick you up at your hotel and bring you back to the airport for your flight home.
Even if you live in Spain or stay with friends or family, you can still use our viewing strips. All you have to do is call or email one of our offices to make an appointment.

Seminars
We regularly organize our famous Spain seminars. These seminars are organized in group, and are intended for people who have not yet made a choice. With seminars, the emphasis is more on the informative part, where we thoroughly introduce you to the region, and where we will show you a selection of popular new construction projects and some interesting second-hand properties. You will also receive the necessary legal, fiscal and financial information from our experts.
Schedule:
Day 1: Arrival – welcome – detailed explanation of the seminar – Tapas and drink
Day 2: Breakfast – view homes – Lunch – view homes – Transfer to hotel – Dinner – return to hotel
Day 3: Breakfast – Purchase info, taxation, taxes and mortgages – Housing viewing – Lunch – Leisure at La Zenia Boulevard – viewing second-hand houses-Hotel – Gala Dinner and live music
Day 4: Breakfast – Detailed discussions or 2nd viewing – Reservation – return to the airport.
Our seminars can also be extended at your request.
If you wish, you can extend the stay at the hotel at your own expense.
